Here’s a great recipe for a Blemish Control Roller blend!
Add 10 drops Tea Tree,
5 drops Copaiba
5 drops Lavender
To a 10ml roller with Jojoba oil
After cleansing and toning skin, apply to blemishes as needed.
Remember, that no matter what you do for your skin on the outside, true healing of skin starts within! Hormones, sleep, stress, hydration and diet/gut health also play big roles in the health of your skin!

Here are our top oils for stopping a cough!
- RC
- Raven (Like RC, but with one of the mints added!
- Dorado Azul (this is in the USA market, but still ships to Canada)
I apply these oils to the chest, put them in the diffuser and roll them. onto the feet. And usually multiple times per day!
Bonus: Though not an oil, the Thieves Chest Rub has been an excellent tool for us lately as well!
Dorado Azul is our powerhouse and I am never without this oil! We have used it for lingering coughs all the way to croup coughs!

This one is ultimately going to help you get sleep too!
And just like with adults, timing makes a big difference here as well as no screens just before bed!
Babies & Toddlers? - I almost always pull out Dreamease (aka Sleepyize in USA) and roll on the back of neck and the neck of the big toes.
Extra help? - We use Tranquil and RutaVala as back ups if Dreamease doesn’t do it! Again, rolling on same places.
Diffuser routine - The most common combo in the kids’ diffusers is Cedarwood and Lavender which tends to do the trick most of the time!

- Find a quiet spot
- Grab & apply Valor to the back of my neck.
- Spend 5 minutes inhaling Valor from my palms
- Grab Northern Lights Black Spruce and apply it to the crown of my head (or back of neck)
- Spend 5 minutes inhaling NLBS from palms.
- Apply Joy over my heart and inhale as well.
