Valor & Black Spruce - Find Out Why I Use These Two!
Do you struggle with anxiety? Maybe it’s often, or maybe just once in a while. Regardless how often, it isn’t pleasant! 

Here are 6 steps I take when I feel it coming on.

  1. Find a quiet spot
  2. Grab & apply Valor to the back of my neck. 
  3. Spend 5 minutes inhaling Valor from my palms
  4. Grab Northern Lights Black Spruce and apply it to the crown of my head (or back of neck)
  5. Spend 5 minutes inhaling NLBS from palms.
  6. Apply Joy over my heart and inhale as well.
