Here are 6 steps I take when I feel it coming on.
- Find a quiet spot
- Grab & apply Valor to the back of my neck.
- Spend 5 minutes inhaling Valor from my palms
- Grab Northern Lights Black Spruce and apply it to the crown of my head (or back of neck)
- Spend 5 minutes inhaling NLBS from palms.
- Apply Joy over my heart and inhale as well.
