Energy or lack there of, seems to be a popular issue these days so if you find yourself desiring more energy and pep in your step, here’s what I do daily!
- Get good early rest! The hours of sleep before midnight count as double quality!
- Exercise & get moving
- Start off the day with Super B - before food or any other supplements
- Support my adrenals with En-R-Gee blend in the morning & myrtle before bed
- Drink 2oz NingXia Red daily! (For me - Game Changer!)

As I'm writing this, I'm just coming out of a weekend of the stomach flu. When it hits, I’m pretty quick to get all the diffusers running with Thieves or Peppermint!
Plus, I make sure anyone who isn't yet sick is getting a double dose of NingXia Red and Vitamins C and D! (The sickies get these as soon as they can hold them down! NingXia is great to replenish electrolytes!)
I tend to let the kids choose their own oils and often they choose Tea Tree which is great because it’s not hot so I can put it straight on their backs along the spine.
I also put Thieves on their feet multiple times per day.
We've found AromaEase to be handy to inhale at times too.
But most of all, it’s time to rest!

Well what if we just add a bit of water to our NingXia Red everyday. Super simple, takes the bite off and allows us to enjoy the NingXia Red through a whole drink rather than just a quick sip!
Plus wouldn't it make sense that our bodies might actually have a chance to absorb more of the nutrients if those nutrients were a little more spread out - over say, a full glass or bottle of water, than a quick 2 ozs? Now I'm not saying that will for sure happen, and due to the fact that our bodies all absorb differently due to the health and wellness of our gut etc, I don't think anyone can assure you of that, however I am game to give my body that chance!

So I do that, I add my 2ozs of NingXia Red to a bottle of water, add in some flavoring plus oils like Lime or Lemon or Orange and off we go! That's my first bottle of water drank for the day! If I have any powder supplements, I add them here too!
