How I Get Myself Moving
Energy or lack there of, seems to be a popular issue these days so if you find yourself desiring more energy and pep in your step, here’s what I do daily!

  1. Get good early rest! The hours of sleep before midnight count as double quality!
  2. Exercise & get moving
  3. Start off the day with Super B - before food or any other supplements
  4. Support my adrenals with En-R-Gee blend in the morning & myrtle before bed
  5. Drink 2oz NingXia Red daily! (For me - Game Changer!)
